Petzl Hirundos Harness Black
Petzl Hirundos Harness Black - Black / XS is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
DESCRIPTION
The Petzl Hirundos is a sport climbing harness designed for those seeking maximum performance without sacrificing comfort during long sessions at the crag or in the gym. Its construction is based on an anatomically shaped leg loop with perforated padding, which distributes the load evenly and promotes breathability even during prolonged belays.
Construction and Materials
The waistbelt and leg loops are made from Frame-Tech fabric, a rigid frame structure that maintains the harness's shape regardless of body position, eliminating annoying twisting during athletic movements. The DoubleBack adjustment system on the waistbelt and leg loops allows for quick and secure fitting, with closure that can be verified at a glance. Its low weight and slim profile make it ideal for performance climbing, where every gram counts.
Functionality and Use
- 4 rigid and spacious gear loops, suitable for multi-pitch or single-pitch climbing with quickdraws
- 1 rear gear loop for balanced gear distribution
- Bar-tacked reinforced ventral rope loop for increased wear resistance
- Compatible with the reinforced Belay Loop system for use with mechanical belay devices
It is the right choice for those who alternate intensive indoor sessions with outdoor sport climbing, where freedom of movement on overhangs and lightness make a concrete difference in technical progression.
