DESCRIPTION
The Black Diamond Mondito Chalk Pot is a compact chalk bag, designed for those who seek uncompromising functionality without superfluous elements. It derives directly from the design of the Mondo, the brand's reference chalk pot, but comes in a smaller and lower version, ideal for those who prefer a reduced footprint at the crag or in the gym.
Design and Closure
Unlike the Mondo, which uses a magnetic closure system, the Mondito features a rigid lid closure that ensures a reliable seal to prevent chalk spills during use or transport. The opening remains quick and intuitive, designed to be managed even with one hand in the middle of a sequence. The wide and stable cylindrical shape allows for easy access to the chalk, without having to force entry.
Technical Features
- Compact size, smaller and lower than the standard Mondo
- Rigid lid closure (without magnetic system)
- Robust and lightweight construction, suitable for both gym and crag use
- Compatible with block or powdered chalk
- Attachment to climbing bag via carabiner or cord
The Mondito is the right choice for those who want a reliable and discreet chalk pot, without paying for features they don't use. Perfect for bouldering sessions or sport routes where operational simplicity makes a difference.
