DESCRIPTION
The Kong Mini D is a compact aluminum alloy carabiner, specifically designed as an accessory holder, keychain, or organizational element for outdoor and climbing gear. The D-shape with a straight gate ensures secure closure and quick attachment, while maintaining a compact profile that does not add bulk.
Construction and quality
Entirely developed and manufactured in Italy, the Mini D is tested piece by piece before leaving production—a quality control process that Kong applies to its entire range, including non-structural components. The lightweight aluminum alloy body ensures corrosion resistance and lightness for everyday carry.
Use and warnings
- Ideal for attaching keychains, gadgets, and small accessories to a backpack or harness
- Can be used as an organizational element for outdoor gear
- Available in multiple colors for easy visual identification
- ⚠ Not certified for human support: not suitable for use as a safety connector when climbing on rock or rope
