DESCRIPTION
Wild Country Rock Stopper 7 is one of the most iconic passive nuts in climbing history, part of a line that literally revolutionized the way routes are protected. It is aimed at the modern climber looking for reliable and benchmark passive protection.
The distinctive feature of the Rocks is their curved side shape, an original Wild Country solution that, at its launch, changed industry standards. This revolutionary geometry has been maintained in the current version, which is nevertheless a deeply evolved product compared to the previous model.
The main evolutions compared to the original version:
- Thinner and lighter sidewalls, for significantly reduced weight
- Lateral tapering for more precise placement in cracks
- Anodized heads for quick selection during use on the wall
- Expanded range to fourteen overall sizes
The Rock Stopper 7 is part of a set that remains an essential element of any good climbing rack: less weight than in the past, the same original curved shape, greater versatility of choice among the available sizes.
