DESCRIPTION
The 90 mm Dynafit Superlite Stopper is an additional safety component designed for users of Superlite 175 or Superlite 150 ski touring bindings who wish to equip themselves with a dedicated stopper, which is often not included in the basic configuration aimed at maximum lightness.
Function and compatibility
The stopper integrates directly into the structure of the Superlite bindings with a simple and direct mounting system, without requiring any special tools. The 90 mm width makes it suitable for medium-width ski touring skis, ensuring an effective braking action in the event of an accidental release on the snow. The design follows the Dynafit construction philosophy, keeping the weight to a minimum without compromising functional reliability.
Safety and installation
A technical aspect not to be overlooked: after installing the stopper, the binding release values must be checked and adjusted by an authorized dealer. The addition of the component can affect the existing safety settings, making this step essential to maintain adequate protection during on-piste and off-piste use. It is therefore a recommended accessory for those who also tackle downhill sections on groomed snow, where the use of poles and the accidental loss of skis represent a real risk.
