Materials and sustainability
The main fabric is made from solution-dyed yarn, a technique that incorporates pigment directly into the fibre during production, reducing water consumption by up to 50% compared to traditional dyeing. Around 60% of the materials used come from recycled or sustainable sources, in line with the responsible production standards that underpin the Ortovox philosophy.
Ergonomics and carrying system
- Contoured, ventilated back with an anatomical back panel that distributes the load evenly
- Adjustable shoulder straps with ergonomic padding, adaptable to different body shapes
