DESCRIPTION
The Salewa Backpack Rain Cover 35-55L is a waterproof cover designed to protect your backpack during hikes and treks in heavy rain. Compatible with backpacks ranging from 35 to 55 liters, it fits a wide range of models thanks to the elastic perimeter that ensures a secure and stable fit even in wind and sudden movements.
Material and Waterproofing
Made of lightweight nylon with a waterproof treatment, the rain cover prevents water from seeping into the backpack's fabric, keeping clothing, technical equipment, and electronic devices dry even during prolonged downpours. The smooth surface promotes rapid water runoff without retaining residual moisture.
Practicality on the trail
- Stores in its own integrated compact pouch, taking up minimal space in your backpack or side pockets
- Lightweight to avoid adding extra bulk
- Quick application even with wet hands or in low visibility conditions
- Compatible with trekking, hiking, and light mountaineering backpacks
An essential accessory to always carry with you in the mountains: when the weather suddenly changes, being able to protect the contents of your backpack in a few seconds makes the difference between a manageable outing and unusable gear. Ideal for those undertaking multi-day itineraries or excursions in alpine environments where precipitation is unpredictable.
