Petzl Sama Harness
Petzl Sama Harness - Green / S is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
DESCRIPTION
The Petzl Sama is a harness designed for sport climbing, suitable for both gym sessions and outdoor cragging. Its geometry balances comfort and practicality without sacrificing freedom of movement, a crucial feature when spending hours on the wall.
Construction and Fit
The waistbelt is flexible and tapered at the front, reducing bulk in the hip area and facilitating movement on the wall, especially in more demanding positions. The leg loops are elastic and pre-shaped, designed to adapt to the wearer's body shape without requiring continuous adjustments between pitches. This system allows for quick donning of the harness while maintaining a secure and stable fit during use.
Functionality and Organization
- 4 rigid, well-spaced gear loops, sufficient for managing quickdraws and accessories during a crag outing
- Standard sternum loop for rope positioning or additional accessories
- Reinforced ventral attachment point, compatible with standard belay and rappel devices
- Lightweight construction that doesn't add bulk during extended gym sessions
The Sama positions itself as a solid choice for regular sport climbers seeking a reliable everyday harness, without superfluous features that would increase its weight or complexity of use.
