Black Diamond Momentum Junior Harness - Kingfisher / One Size is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
DESCRIPTION
The Black Diamond Kid's Momentum is a climbing harness designed specifically for children who are new to climbing, whether indoors or outdoors. It is not a reduced and simplified version, but a harness that faithfully replicates the technical solutions of adult models, adapted to the proportions and needs of a growing body.
Construction and technology
The strong point is the Dual Core Construction technology: the waistbelt and leg loops integrate two bands of high-strength webbing positioned on the outer edges, which distribute the load uniformly during a fall and while belaying. The result is superior comfort compared to entry-level harnesses with a single structure, even after hours of use at the crag or in the gym.
Main features
- Pre-shaped and fixed leg loops, optimized for children's morphology and to ensure a stable fit without the need for complex adjustments
- Waistbelt with simple adjustment, designed to be managed by a parent or instructor during sessions
- 4 gear loops made of rigid plastic, sufficient for the needs of a young climber
- Rear haul loop for progression on multi-pitch routes and rope management from above
- Low weight, suitable for those who are still light and do not need to weigh down their equipment
It is the right choice for children attending climbing courses, tackling their first routes at the crag with their family, or training regularly in the gym.
