Beal Neokid Harness
Beal Neokid Harness - Green is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
DESCRIPTION
The Beal Neokid is a climbing harness designed specifically for children, engineered to make dressing quick and independent even for the youngest climbers. Its most distinctive feature is the donning system: it is slipped on like a garment, and the ultra-smooth buckles allow for complete adjustment in just a few seconds, without the need for continuous adult assistance.
Construction and safety
The color-contrasting tie-in point is positioned in a visually prominent location, so the child can identify it immediately and tie in correctly on their own. This design choice reduces user errors and reinforces good habits from the very first outings to the crag or climbing gym. The harness is certified in accordance with the EN 12277 standards for climbing harnesses.
Fit and adjustments
- Adjustable waist and leg loops with quick-slide buckles to accommodate the child's growth
- One-piece construction that simplifies correct positioning around the hips
- Lightweight padding on the waist and leg loops to ensure comfort during belay rests
- Suitable for sport climbing in the gym and at the crag, top-rope, and supervised lead climbing
The Neokid is the practical choice for those who want to introduce children to climbing without technical barriers to entry: its ease of use leaves room to focus on what matters, which is climbing.
