Tape a piece of paper to a hard, flat surface and make sure it doesn’t move.
Place one foot on the paper and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Balance your weight evenly.
Ask someone to mark the end of your longest toe and the back of your heel with a pen or pencil pointing straight down.
Remove your foot from the paper, then use a ruler or tape measure to measure the distance between the two marks. This is your foot length.
Repeat the same steps for your other foot. Don’t worry if one foot is slightly longer – this is normal.
Use the longest measurement to find your size on the size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend you choose the larger size.
