How do I return a shipment to Vertical Sport S.r.L.?

1. After activating the return procedure, the original packaging containing the goods must be placed in suitable packaging, in order to protect the original product packaging from any damage, writing or alteration. Vertical Sport S.r.L. - reserves the right to refuse goods received if the above procedure is not followed.
2. Include the original sales receipt with the identification barcode inside the package (payment reversals will not be possible without the sales receipt)
3. Write the order number visibly on the packages being shipped.
4. Ship the goods at your own expense to the following address:

   38062 Arco (TN)
5. It is advisable to use a courier or other suitable means for shipping that allows for shipment tracking. It is understood that Vertical Sport S.r.L. - will not proceed with the refund of the returned goods if it does not receive the delivery.

ATTENTION
For products with manufacturing defects, DO NOT ship the product, but send an email to online@verticalsport.it describing the defect in detail and attaching photos that illustrate it.
