Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, about 2 cm below your armpits. Do not pull the tape measure too tight.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Waist - Jeans

Measure your waist circumference at a point about 5 cm below your navel.

Hips

Measure just above the widest part of your hips, over your backside. Keep your legs close together but not touching.

Sleeves

With your arm slightly bent, measure from the base of your neck to your elbow and then to your wrist.

Inseam

Measure with a similar pair of pants that fit well. Measure from the crotch seam to the hem of the pants.
