DESCRIPTION
The North Face Meteora Full-Zip fleece is a technical midlayer designed specifically for mountain activities in cold conditions, where freedom of movement and moisture management make the difference between comfort and discomfort.
Fabric Technology
At the heart of the Meteora is Polartec® Power Stretch™, a four-way stretch knit fabric that dynamically adapts to body movement without losing its shape over time. The double-layer structure is designed to meet two opposing needs: the soft, abrasion-resistant outer face protects against contact with rock and equipment, while the short-pile inner face accelerates sweat wicking to the outside, keeping the skin dry during intense efforts.
Construction and Fit
- Full-length zipper for rapid thermal regulation during stops or changes in activity intensity
- Slim and anatomical fit that integrates perfectly under a hardshell without creating unwanted bulk
- Flat seams to eliminate pressure points under a backpack or harness
