DESCRIPTION
The North Face Stormgap Power Grid™ is a women's technical mid-layer designed for those who don't want to compromise on warmth, weight, and moisture management when on the move. At the heart of the design is the Polartec® Power Grid™ fabric, a honeycomb-structured fleece that works on two fronts: the thick weave traps body heat, while the open channels of the pattern promote air circulation and water vapor evacuation, preventing overheating during ascents.
Construction and comfort in motion
Despite its insulating capabilities, the jacket is lightweight and compressible: it easily packs into a backpack to be retrieved during a break or when the temperature drops at altitude. The fit is designed for layering, with geometries that do not limit the range of motion on technical trails or during fast-paced hikes.
