The SALEWA Trek Mate 60+5L is a multipurpose trekking backpack designed for multi-day excursions, capable of accommodating complete gear for trips ranging from long weekends to 4-5 day expeditions. The base capacity of 60 liters is expandable to 65 liters thanks to the adjustable top lid, offering flexibility based on load volume.
Carry System and Comfort
The heart of the backpack is the Dry Back Custom system, a fully height-adjustable back panel that allows you to adapt the backpack to your body shape. The back panel is padded with EVA foam, which ensures cushioning and support even during the longest outings. The system is designed with female anatomy in mind, with shaped shoulder straps and an anatomically padded hip belt that transfers weight to the hips, reducing fatigue on the back.
