DESCRIPTION
The Salewa Micro II 600 Powerloft is a sleeping bag with synthetic insulation designed for short summer trekking, backpacking, and high-altitude camping adventures. Lightweight and packable, it stands out for its excellent warmth-to-weight ratio and minimal bulk when compressed.
The temperature rating is +12 °C, ideal for summer nights at altitude. The layered, moisture-resistant synthetic microfiber insulation provides reliable thermal protection even in humid conditions.
The outer fabric, made of ripstop nylon, is treated with PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent), an eco-friendly solution that makes it water-resistant, wear-resistant, and easy to wash.
In terms of functionality, the Micro II 600 offers:
- Full-length two-way zipper with anti-snag protection
- Second zipper in the foot area for better ventilation and comfort
- Ability to connect it to another compatible sleeping bag
- Full opening to use it flat as a blanket
- Functionally cut hood and tapered shape to maximize thermal performance and reduce weight
