The distinctive feature of the Rollclip Z is the gate opening on the opposite side to the pulley, a solution that significantly simplifies mounting on devices without hindering the pulley's operation.

- Gate opening on the opposite side to the pulley for easier and more immediate installation
- Keylock system that prevents involuntary snagging of the carabiner during pulley installation

The Rollclip Z is available in two locking versions:
- TRIACT-LOCK: automatic locking with triple-action opening
