The Petzl Djinn Straight is a screwgate carabiner designed for sport climbing, where ease of clipping and mechanical strength make all the difference. Construction and technical data
The structure is made of high-strength aluminum with an asymmetrical profile, offering a good balance between robustness and low weight. The straight gate — distinct from the Djinn Axe version — is particularly suited for use at the anchor point and during rappelling maneuvers, where a wide and stable opening is needed. The large body size facilitates operations with gloves or in cold conditions, reducing handling errors.
