The Petzl Djinn Axess is a sport quickdraw designed for those seeking reliability and ease of handling, even in intense climbing conditions. The rigid 11 cm sling keeps the two carabiners correctly oriented, reducing unintentional twists when clipping the rope and speeding up clipping operations.
Carabiner Construction and Geometry
The DJINN carabiners on this quickdraw are characterized by an enlarged contact area between the rope and the carabiner body: this geometry better distributes dynamic forces during a fall, reducing rope wear and ensuring certified longitudinal strength according to EN 12275 standards. The generous gate opening and larger body size facilitate clipping even with gloves or in awkward positions, where precision is reduced by fatigue or tension.
