DESCRIPTION
The Petzl Actik Core is a rechargeable headlamp designed for those who engage in dynamic outdoor activities in low-light conditions: from nighttime ski mountaineering to trail running, from alpine trekking to dawn rock climbing.
Lighting Performance and Battery Life
The light beam reaches a peak of 625 lumens in boost mode, with a declared maximum range of 160 meters. Power management occurs on multiple levels: energy-saving mode reduces output to extend battery life up to 160 hours in economy mode, while boost mode is optimized for short, high-intensity use. The integrated 1250 mAh CORE battery recharges via USB cable, with a practical LED indicator showing the charging status. Alternatively, the headlamp also accepts 3 traditional AAA batteries, always providing a backup solution in remote situations.
