The ORTOVOX Free Rider 22 is a 22-liter freeride backpack designed for those who seek maximum off-piste mobility without sacrificing essential carrying capacity. Its compact geometry and back architecture make it particularly suitable for fresh snow outings, where freedom of movement is crucial.
Carrying System and Adhesion
The strong point of the Free Rider 22 is its back system, which hugs the back, minimizing load sway during descents. The CLASP FLEX BELT hip belt is flat and elastic: it doesn't hinder torso rotation and keeps the backpack secure to the body even during the most dynamic maneuvers on steep slopes. The soft back pads distribute weight evenly and conform to the back without interfering with shoulder mobility, a difficult result to achieve with traditional rigid systems.
