DESCRIPTION

The TX Guide is the flagship footwear in La Sportiva's TX Series line: a technical approach shoe designed for mountain guides, mid-mountain leaders, and mountaineers who tackle mixed terrain including trails, rock sections, and climbing walls. The Vibram® Mega-Grip sole with Impact Brake System ensures reliable traction both uphill and downhill on wet and dry rock, while the front zone with a beveled profile allows for precise placement on slabs.

Construction and materials

The upper combines breathable mesh fabric and suede inserts, balancing ventilation and abrasion resistance in high-wear areas. The lacing system integrates a quick-lacing system with fast hooks in the mid-foot area, allowing for precise adjustment of the internal volume without losing time on fast approaches. The heel structure is reinforced to contain the foot during lateral movements on unstable terrain.

  • Low weight for efficient cushioning during walk-and-run sections
