DESCRIPTION

The Miura Woman is one of the longest-running and most recognizable climbing shoes in the La Sportiva range, appreciated by generations of climbers for its perfect balance of precision and support. It's a performance shoe with a stiff structure and traditional lacing, designed for those who seek total foot control in every climbing situation.

Construction and materials

The upper is made of P3 synthetic leather (Permanent Power Platform), a technical material that maintains the shape of the shoe over time without excessive stretching, ensuring a consistent fit even after many climbing sessions. The 4mm Vibram XS Edge rubber sole offers exceptional grip on small granite holds and compact slabs, making it particularly effective for sport climbing and steep technical routes on crags. The three-layer Ny-Tri Flex insole manages load distribution, maintaining longitudinal stiffness that supports toe-offs on small holds without sacrificing sensitivity.

Who is it designed for?

The Miura Woman adapts to the female foot with a specific anatomical shape, narrower in the heel and proportioned in the forefoot. It's the right choice for female climbers who tackle mid-to-high grade routes and prefer a structured shoe over soft velcro models. The lace-up closure allows for millimetric adjustment of the fit, useful for adapting to different foot shapes during long sessions on crags or in the gym.
