The La Sportiva Genius is a high-performance sport climbing shoe, designed for those seeking maximum sensitivity on the wall without sacrificing a personalized fit. The lacing system runs the entire length of the upper, allowing the shoe to be precisely adapted to the foot's volume, distributing pressure evenly even during prolonged sessions.

Technology and Construction

The distinctive feature of the Genius is its adoption of No-Edge® technology, developed by La Sportiva to eliminate the traditional edge of the sole. The rubber extends in a rounded shape along the entire perimeter of the shoe, increasing the contact surface with the rock and improving force transmission even on tiny footholds or resin volumes. The Vibram® XS Grip2 rubber sole ensures high and consistent grip on both natural rock and gym holds.
