DESCRIPTION
The Alya Vest is a padded vest specifically designed for winter trail running at high altitudes, where temperature changes are rapid and managing body heat makes the difference between a good outing and a bad experience. The structure is built around a principle of functional asymmetry: the front and back panels perform different and complementary tasks.
Technical construction and materials
The front of the vest is lined with PrimaLoft® Thermoplume, a high-performance synthetic insulator that maintains its thermal capabilities even in humid conditions, protecting the chest and core from heat loss during breaks or less intense phases. The back panel is made of breathable stretch fabric, which promotes the dispersion of water vapor produced by the back during exertion, preventing moisture stagnation. The chamber construction optimizes the distribution of the padding, reducing overall weight without compromising thermal effectiveness.
