With a total capacity of 12 liters, the vest distributes the load evenly between the front and back, reducing bounce while running. The pocket system is designed to provide immediate access to all compartments without having to remove the vest: the front mesh pockets hold soft flasks, energy gels, and a phone, while the main rear compartment stores extra clothing or emergency gear.
