DESCRIPTION
The Norrona Falketind Gore-Tex Jacket for women is a three-layer hardshell jacket designed for four-season mountaineering, equally effective for a glacier route, a day of ski touring, or a long high-altitude trek with unstable weather. Its key feature is the GORE-TEX® membrane with ePE (expanded Polyethylene) technology, one of the most advanced solutions on the market for weather protection: it guarantees a certified waterproof rating of 28,000 mm water column and superior breathability compared to traditional PTFE membranes, with a significant reduction in environmental impact during production.
Construction and Fit
The 3-layer laminated construction eliminates the separate lining, reducing weight and bulk without sacrificing robustness. The cut is athletic and designed for mobility in climbing and ski mountaineering: the seams are taped to eliminate infiltration points even in heavy rain or wet snow. The hood is compatible with climbing or ski helmets and adjustable at multiple points to maintain visibility even in windy conditions.
