DESCRIPTION
The Edelrid Hand Cruiser is an ergonomic handled ascender designed for those tackling rope ascents, even in difficult conditions. The curved body shape reduces friction in the system and ensures comfortable prolonged use.
The design includes two connection holes with distinct functions:
- The large lower hole allows multiple carabiners to be attached simultaneously
- The smaller hole, positioned slightly higher, is ideal for creating a directional anchor
During the ascent, the upper part of the device can be gripped with the second hand, allowing for two-handed progression on the rope.
The cams are designed to ensure optimal grip even on icy or muddy ropes, maintaining effective blocking in the most critical conditions.

- Rope compatibility: diameter between 8.0 and 13.0 mm (with core and sheath)
- Available versions: right and left, with different colors for immediate recognition
