Adult Helmet Size Guide
The helmet should be stable and snug, without creating pressure points. Measure your head circumference and compare it with the table. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one: you can then adjust the fit with the helmet's adjustment systems.

How to take measurements

Wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrows and around the back of your skull.
- The tape measure should be snug against your head, but not tight.
- Take the measurement keeping the tape measure as horizontal as possible.
- Don't have a tape measure? Use a string, mark the length, and then measure it with a ruler.
