Exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014 (Article 59 of the Consumer Code) The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date of the last item in the order, without needing to provide any reason.

How to return a shipment to Vertical Sport S.r.L.?

1. After initiating the withdrawal procedure, it is necessary to place the original packaging containing the goods in suitable outer packaging, in order to protect the products' original packaging from any damage, writing, or alteration. Vertical Sport S.r.L. reserves the right to refuse goods received if the above procedure is not followed.
2. To proceed with the refund, it is necessary to include the original sales receipt in the package, which is required for issuing the credit note in accordance with Italian tax regulations (D.P.R. 633/72). In case of loss of the receipt, please contact us before shipping to evaluate alternative solutions.
3. Write the order number visibly on the shipped packages.
4. Ship the goods at your own expense to the following address:

5. It is recommended to use a courier or other suitable means for shipping that allows for tracking. It is understood that Vertical Sport S.r.L. will not proceed with the refund for the returned goods if it does not receive the relevant delivery.
