DESCRIPTION

The Dynafit Blacklight is a ski touring boot designed for those who won't compromise between lightness on the ascent and control on the descent. Engineered for fast alpinists tackling challenging terrain — steep couloirs, north faces, technical slopes — it manages to combine in a single boot the performance typically reserved for two distinct categories of boots.

Construction and Weight

The structure is made of two-component polyurethane, ensuring torsional rigidity where needed without sacrificing overall weight. The Blacklight falls into the ultralight segment of the Speed category, with a contained mass that lightens every step on the ascent without compromising stability during the descent. The generous range of motion of the walk lever allows for efficient and natural walking, reducing muscle fatigue on long ascents.

  • Flex index specific for speed-alpinism, with precise response on hard snow and steep terrain during descent
  • Compatible with ISO-standard ski touring bindings thanks to the interchangeable Dynafit sole
