ATK Manual Ski Brakes are replacement rear ski brakes for ATK bindings, designed to maintain the original performance of the bindings over time or to adapt the brake width to the actual width of the skis in use. The 102 mm model is aimed at those using medium-width ski mountaineering skis, ensuring reliable ski retention in the event of an accidental release.
Compatibility and Installation
These brakes are compatible with the entire range of ATK bindings, including the Race, Speed Touring, and Touring lines. Direct replacement of the rear brake allows optimal functionality to be restored without having to replace the entire binding. The manual version requires activation by hand to lock the brakes in the raised position during ascents, a solution adopted on many ultralight competition and speed touring bindings to reduce weight and mechanical components.
