DESCRIPTION

The Skwama is La Sportiva's flagship climbing shoe for those seeking top-level performance on any type of vertical terrain. The asymmetrical, low-heel shape generates constant tension on the toe, promoting millimeter-perfect precision on the smallest holds on both slab and overhangs.

Technologies and construction

The heart of the shoe is the patented P3 (Permanent Power Platform) system, which maintains the sole's original curvature over time, preventing the progressive stretching that reduces performance in traditional climbing shoes. The pressure transmission from foot to rock therefore remains constant even after numerous outings. The S-Heel shell structures the heel with an anatomical cup shape, ensuring a precise and stable hook during heel-hooking maneuvers, without lateral yielding. The upper is made of Lorica synthetic leather, a material that does not deform with humidity and does not stretch over time, ensuring a stable fit session after session.
