The KONG Ergo Anniversary Violet is a sport climbing quickdraw made entirely in Italy, designed for those who seek a reliable and responsive tool for both crag climbing and demanding sport routes. The Anniversary edition stands out with its violet color, created to celebrate an important milestone for the brand.
Construction and Materials
The quickdraw features two Ergo carabiners, an ergonomic shape that facilitates gripping and opening the gate even with one hand, reducing the risk of error during clipping on the wall. Both connectors integrate the Keylock system, which eliminates the nose from the carabiner: this prevents the tip from accidentally snagging on the sling, bolts, or harness, making every operation smoother and safer. The sling is woven from 13 mm Dyneema with a length of 12 cm, a high-tenacity fiber that ensures low weight without sacrificing resistance to tearing forces. The ultra-resistant Fast Rubber silicone retainer securely keeps the lower carabiner correctly oriented for rope insertion, even after intensive use.
