DESCRIPTION
The Petzl Spatha is a folding-blade knife specifically designed for use on a rock face: it attaches directly to the harness via a carabiner-compatible hole, remaining always within reach without being cumbersome.
Blade and Wall Use
The blade's profile is optimized for cutting ropes, cords, and slings, with a geometry that allows for a clean cut even on braided or wet materials. It opens via a serrated thumb wheel on the side, which can be easily operated even when wearing climbing gloves or in cold conditions.
