DESCRIPTION
The Black Diamond Wall Hauler 40 is the entry-level haul bag in the Wall Hauler series, designed for those new to big wall climbing or for those who need a compact haul bag to carry a small load up the wall. With a 40-liter capacity, it's the ideal solution for solo excursions or as a secondary bag on challenging multi-pitch routes.
Construction and materials
The body of the bag is made from high-strength, TPU-coated fabric, a thermoplastic laminate that ensures waterproofing and protects the contents from abrasion during hauling on rock. This type of material is specifically chosen to withstand the extreme mechanical stresses typical of big wall hauling, where the bag constantly scrapes against the wall.
Carry system and closure
- S-shaped shoulder straps with an updated ergonomic profile for more balanced carrying during approaches
- Offset grab handles to facilitate lifting and positioning the bag on the wall
- Roll-top closure that ensures an adjustable seal adaptable to the volume of the contents
