The EDELRID Cable Comfort TRI is a Y-shaped via ferrata set with a triple swivel joint, designed for those who seek maximum freedom of movement on equipped routes without compromising certified safety. Its distinguishing feature is precisely the triple-jointed system: the three independent rotation points eliminate the tangles that typically form during carabiner-to-carabiner maneuvers, making every progression smoother and more intuitive.
Materials and construction
The elastic lanyards are made of HMPE (High Modulus Polyethylene), a high-strength and extraordinarily abrasion-resistant fiber, which allows for a smaller diameter and overall weight of the set while maintaining high mechanical performance. The compact construction of the lanyards reduces bulk on the harness, preventing the set from obstructing movements on vertical terrain.
