DESCRIPTION
The SALEWA Puez Aluminium is a three-section telescopic pole designed for trekking on trails and varied terrain, where lightness, robustness, and ease of adjustment are essential. The tubular structure made of high-strength aluminum ensures a good balance between low weight and structural rigidity, making it suitable for both day trips and more demanding excursions.
Construction and locking system
The three telescopic sections are adjusted using the proprietary Twistlock system, which allows for quick and reliable locking with a simple twist of the wrist, without the need for tools. The tungsten carbide tip ensures grip and durability on hard surfaces such as rock and asphalt, while the pole can be equipped with the classic basket for snow or soft terrain.
Handle and strap
The two-component EVA foam and plastic handle combines the cushioning and moisture management typical of EVA with the structural solidity of plastic: the result is a comfortable grip over long distances, even with sweaty hands. The ergonomic design naturally adapts to both uphill and downhill walking positions.
