The POMOCA Climb 2.0 Ready2Climb 130mm V2 are ski touring skins developed for those seeking a precise balance between glide on descents and grip on ascents, with a construction update that reduces overall weight compared to the previous version.
Materials and construction
The fiber blend combines 70% mohair and 30% nylon: mohair ensures superior glide on transformed snow and in varying temperature conditions, while nylon reinforces the hair structure, increasing abrasion resistance and the longevity of the skin. The fiber's water-repellent treatment makes the skins completely waterproof, significantly reducing moisture absorption and limiting the formation of ice buildup, one of the most critical problems on spring outings or with wet snow.
Attachment system and compatibility
The Ready2Climb version integrates a pre-set attachment system for quick mounting without the need for additional preparation. The 130mm width makes them compatible with medium-sized ski touring and freeride skis, offering adequate load-bearing surface coverage even on skis with more voluminous geometries. The V2 format introduces improvements to the contact adhesive, with more stable adhesion to the thermal variations typical of winter and spring outings.
