The LEKI Makalu FX Carbon is a telescopic carbon fiber pole designed for challenging high-altitude trekking, with an adjustment range of 110 to 130 cm, making it suitable for a wide range of heights and gradients. The carbon construction ensures an excellent balance between stiffness and low weight, reducing fatigue during long excursions.
Aergon Air Grip and Locking System
The Aergon Air grip utilizes hollow-chamber technology that combines an ultralight structure with large ergonomic contact surfaces. The grip head is fully rubberized, offering a secure hold even with gloves or sweaty hands. The anatomical profile distributes pressure evenly across the palm, reducing friction points on prolonged descents.
