DESCRIPTION

The La Sportiva Bushido III GTX Woman is a trail running shoe designed for the most technical sky races, where extreme grip, stability, and speed must coexist even in adverse weather conditions. Compared to previous versions, it integrates the GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane, an ultrathin waterproof solution that adapts to the upper's structure without compromising flexibility or foot sensitivity on the ground.

Technology and Construction

The upper made of technical mesh with TPU reinforcements ensures breathability and structural protection, while the IBS (Impact Brake System) on the heel—the characteristic rear "lever" of the Bushido—manages impact absorption on steep descents, reducing slipping. The Frixion XF 2.0 outsole with V-Groove lugs ensures aggressive traction on wet rock, mud, and mixed terrain.

Fit and Adaptability

The Bushido III GTX is available in two fit variants: the standard version maintains the model's typical snug and precise shape, with an internal bootie that locks the foot in place for maximum responsiveness; the WIDE version offers the same snug feel with slightly increased volume for those with wider feet or who need more comfort on long distances. It is a shoe suitable for races and training on alpine or high mountain trails where precise foot placement is crucial.
