DESCRIPTION

The La Sportiva Aequilibrium ST Woman GTX is a technical hiking boot designed for those who don't want to compromise on lightness without sacrificing protection on challenging terrain. It's the right choice for via ferratas, glacier crossings, high-altitude trekking, and mixed rock-snow routes.

Construction and Protection

The upper integrates a Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane, which ensures certified waterproofing and active breathability even during the most strenuous ascents. The integrated gusset in the tongue eliminates pressure points and significantly improves wearing comfort, reducing fatigue on long ascents. The upper's structure combines water-repellent nubuck panels with TPU reinforcements in areas subject to greater wear.

Sole and Technical Compatibility

  • Vibram® Mulaz sole with a specific compound for grip on wet rock and compact terrain
  • Semi-automatic crampon compatibility, thanks to the structured rear lug
  • High-density EVA midsole for cushioning and lateral stability
  • Low weight for a lightweight mountaineering boot, ideal for long approaches
  • Perimeter rubber rand for front and side impact protection
