DESCRIPTION
The FIXE Pedraforca is a climbing rope with triple UIAA/CE certification — single (1), half (½), and twin (∞) — making it an extremely versatile tool for very different technical contexts. With a diameter of 8.8 mm and a length of 80 meters, it offers a precise balance between lightness and dynamic performance, designed for long outings where every gram counts.
Construction and technology
The core and sheath are made with proprietary Fusion technology, which distributes fall forces more evenly along the rope's structure. This results in greater resistance to cutting on sharp edges, jagged rocks, and sharp ridges, situations frequent in alpine contexts and on big walls. The treated sheath ensures consistent smooth running through quickdraws and belay devices, even under prolonged wear.
