DESCRIPTION
The Swift 48 Eco Dry is a certified single, half, and twin climbing rope, with a diameter of only 8.9 mm, making it one of the thinnest single ropes currently available. This versatility makes it suitable for both single-pitch and multi-pitch climbing, eliminating the need to carry different ropes depending on the climbing technique.
Technology and Materials
The rope is produced on a 48-carrier braiding machine, a process that generates a particularly uniform sheath with a compact structure that improves handling during maneuvers and reduces tangles. The water-repellent treatment is the Eco Dry system, a PFC and PFAS-free finish applied to both the sheath and the core: it guarantees permanent waterproofing and dirt-repellent properties in compliance with the most restrictive environmental standards, without using fluorinated substances now prohibited by European regulations.
