DESCRIPTION
The Black Diamond Capitan E is a hard-shell climbing helmet designed for those seeking reliable and durable protection on rock, whether at the crag or on a multi-pitch climb. The ABS construction with integrated EPS foam ensures excellent impact absorption capacity, for both frontal and lateral impacts, also protecting the back of the head thanks to extended coverage on the sides and rear of the skull — a feature that distinguishes it from lighter but less protective helmets.

The Capitan E is constructed with 30% recycled materials, a choice that reduces environmental impact without compromising structural performance. The dial-fit adjustment system allows for precise helmet adjustment in seconds, adapting to various head circumferences to ensure a firm and comfortable fit even during longer sessions. Passive vents promote air circulation, reducing overheating during demanding climbs.
