DESCRIPTION
ATK Bindings' Carbon Kevlar poles represent the pinnacle of Italian production in competitive ski mountaineering. Entirely developed and built in Italy, they combine a carbon fiber shaft with a 30 cm Kevlar® reinforcement sleeve in the area of maximum mechanical stress, drastically reducing the risk of breakage and splintering in the event of impact.
Construction and materials
The anti-splinter coating is one of the distinctive features of these poles: in case of extreme stress, the Kevlar® retains the carbon fibers, preventing the formation of dangerous splinters. The structure is fully customizable up to 150 cm in length, adapting to different body types and ascent styles. The overall weight is among the lowest in its category, the result of a production process that makes no compromises on material quality.
