DESCRIPTION
The SKI TRAB Skin MIX 85 is a shaped-width ski touring skin, designed to ensure an optimal balance between glide on descents and grip on ascents on varying snow. The 65% Mohair and 35% Nylon fabric combines the lightness and glide typical of mohair with the abrasion resistance of nylon, making it suitable for long outings and mixed snow conditions.
Construction and Attachment System
The traditional adhesive ensures a solid and reliable grip on the ski base, even with significant temperature variations. The Active attachment system, with tip and tail fasteners, allows for quick application and removal without tools, reducing transition times even with gloves or mittens. The custom-shaped geometry follows the contoured profile of the skis, minimizing edge contact to avoid penalizing lateral grip on descents.
