The Dolomites demand a backpack that can adapt to the complexity of the terrain without sacrificing comfort on long journeys. The SALEWA Alptrek 38+5L is a women's trekking backpack built around an anatomical carrying system designed specifically for the female back morphology, with adjustable capacity from 38 to 43 liters thanks to the top expansion pocket.
Construction and carrying system
The supporting structure is made of lightweight, high-abrasion-resistant nylon, a material that holds up well to contact with the rocky walls and stony paths typical of the Dolomite environment. The carrying system is fully adjustable, with contoured shoulder straps, a padded hip belt, and a ventilated back panel that allows for even load distribution even after hours of walking. The adjustable back length allows the backpack to be adapted to torsos of different sizes.
