The SALEWA Alp Trainer 2 Mid Gore-Tex® is a mid-cut hiking boot designed for those who tackle challenging trails on mixed terrain, from dirt to rocky surfaces, in any weather condition. The upper combines high-quality suede leather with elastic fabric inserts, a solution that balances structural robustness and freedom of movement during foot flexion.
Protection and comfort in the field
Waterproofing is guaranteed by the GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane, which not only blocks water but also maintains a superior level of breathability compared to standard membranes: a crucial feature on long outings or on days with variable temperatures, when the foot tends to overheat. The high collar protects the instep and ankle joint from debris and offers valuable lateral support on uneven trails.
